About The Author
My name is Josh Jacobs and I am a real estate instructor, broker, investor and owner of several real estate brokerages in New Jersey. After years spent working in the music and entertainment industries followed by launching a successful tech startup, I got my real estate license intending to just understand the home purchase and sale process for my own investments. When I realized that many of my friends and family were starting to make real estate purchases, I thought it was a great opportunity to get started in the business full-time. I learned as much as I could and had my first closing within two months of getting my license.

In 2017 I earned my brokers license and launched a boutique real estate brokerage. In five years we’ve quickly grown to 2 offices and 50 agents. We’ve collectively sold over a billion dollars in real estate and I’ve taken that knowledge, training and experience into the creation of this book.
Having the opportunity to train new agents as well as working alongside with some of the most experienced agents in the state, has inspired me to create a training program that I know will positively impact all new agents.
